Muar Ride Nov 22nd, 2008

We met all the MotoV guys at the Esso GP along with the Magdaco riders, we decided not to join the convoy of the 100 riders or so and stay behind.

We got stuck with the Honda cubs, and scooters and ended up cruising below 100km/h.
After a slow and hot ride we exited at Yong Peng for lunch

Magdaco guys like to patronize the Esso stations, so we all stopped again after lunch for a splash and dash.

We then waited for the end of convoy marshal.

The Yong Peng to Muar ride was much faster as I decided to follow the marshal and stay in his wheels all the way to the Muar exit.

The bike was happy cruising at 150 to 160km/h with some top speed at 200km/h, still behind the ST11 of the marshal.

We all arrived at the hotel together, and parked our bikes in the hotel lot.

Check-in was easy as the Moto V group had its own list of rooms.
However Gabriel decided to separate me and Lizette, so on paper we had separate rooms.

Gabriel what intentions did you have??

After a free and easy afternoon, Russian DVD and so forth...

We all met in Tweety's room for a drink.

What the %$#@# is this?

Vodka was provided by Tweety...

After a long day, nothing beats a male to male massage, Tweety is still puzzled though.

Tweety brought the Vodka to this Moto V table and that was the last time I saw the bottle, look who was seating at this table, Barry, Augustine, Kwan then you understand why...

Ano, it is your turn on stage!

Nothing beats a Chinese opera, "1 night in Bangkok" sorry "1 night in Beijing". Featuring a Moto V duet, Kazuma and Anodise57

Geoffrey Gomez, the Spanish who does not speak Spanish!

My duet partner...

The Moto V group was lucky in the draw as 11 out of 20 guys won something, of course I was in the 50% who did not!!

Next morning was rough as none of the Moto V guys came at 8am for breakfast.
Only the two of us and KK...

Thanks to Tweety and Gabriel for their smooth organization and to the Magdaco guys for including us in their anniversary ride.

See you next the year.

Distance covered Tuas-Tuas 360kms

  1. Short and sweet post. I still can't quite believe the 2 blokes could sing like that did in the vid.
